**Take the Myers-Briggs in the GCS Office today**
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, an instrument aimed at assessing an individual's strengths and personality preferences, can be used to help identify career paths, ideal work environments, leadership styles, etc. A consultant will be on campus in late November to discuss the MBTI and it's relation to careers. She will hand back individual results of the assessment as well as discuss various personality types and how they operate in the workplace. The MBTI must be taken ahead of time so that it can be scored before November's workshop. To take the MBTI, stop by the Graduate Career Office between Friday, November 1 and Wednesday November 6 during the hours of 9am-5pm. The test takes approximately 30 minutes and can be taken in the GCS Office. For more information, contact Kellie Foy at kfoy@american.edu or at 202-885-1196.
