The Fox School is responding to the demands of the global economy through education, technology and research. It is one of only 30 schools/universities in the nation awarded a $1.2 million grant from the U.S. Department of Education to its Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER). The Institute of Global Management Studies (IGMS) is an interdisciplinary initiative that supports the business, governmental and academic community in the Delaware Valley and throughout the world. IGMS and the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce created the Greater Philadelphia Global Award to raise the profile of the region as a dynamic center for international business and honor outstanding people who have helped make this region globally competitive.
