African Americans are more than three times as likely as whites to be in a poorly funded nursing home with poor care, according to a study by Vincent Mor of Brown University and Jacqueline Zinn, associate professor at Temple's Fox School of Business and Management, as reported in The Philadelphia Inquirer.
