Jack VanDerhei, professor in The Fox School of Business and author of a recent study showing how employees can boost the power of their retirement accounts, offers advice to investors.

"Staying continuously invested in a 401(k) was by far the most important factor in producing greater retirement income," says Jack VanDerhei. "That factor was far more important than stock-market performance, so Americans should make sure to keep contributing to their 401(k)s, no matter what the market's doing."
