functional foods seminar

Functional Foods - What are they?  How are they regulated?  Does the consumer really want them?  These were some of the questions addressed at the recent seminar on ‘Functional and Dsyfunctional Foods’ held recently by the Institute of Food Science and Technology of Ireland (IFSTI) which was supported by Food Safety Authority of Ireland (FSAI).
