Daniel Spears, Fred Collison, and Walter Jamieson participated in a workshop on curriculum development in tourism while they were in Hue. This workshop was part of a Ford Foundation grant received by Hue University, College of Economics and the TIM School with the aim of developing an English language four-year Bachelor of Science degree in tourism management at Hue University, College of Economics. Presentations included “Introduction and Issues for Tourism and Hospitality Education” (Walter Jamieson), “Curriculum and Course Design for Tourism and Hospitality Education” (Daniel Spears) and “Approaches to Tourism and Hospitality Education” (Fredrick Collison).
