Walsh Western helping Youth Soccer in Drogheda
Newly formed Donacarney Celtic can be seen (see Figure 1) taking the field in the Drogheda and District Under 8 League, sporting the famous green and white looped shirts with the Walsh Western logo proudly emblazoned on the front!

Eamonn Murphy, Walsh Western Dublin, is head coach with the under 8 team and is delighted with Walsh Western's support of Youth Soccer and Donacarney in particular.
'This is a rapidly growing area population wise with a large number of young children in need of a creative outlet.
Football can provide children with an real sense of achievement.'

                                                                        

The club have adopted the FAI Code of Best Practise for Children's Soccer, with an ethos of best effort, fair play and fun underlying all activities.  The club also have a celebratory footballer President-  the President of the Donacarney Celtic is non other than Packie Bonner!
